About The Position

We are seeking an experienced VP Marketing to direct and oversee XTEND’s Marketing strategy & activities.

The VP Marketing will design and deploy a cohesive marketing strategy designed to differentiate XTEND as a thought leader in multiple markets, devise and execute plans to increase revenues, brand awareness, lead generation and conversion.


●   Implement and monitor marketing strategies that align with XTEND’s business goals and are geared towards positioning XTEND as a “disruptive force” within it’s relevant markets

●   Create content that is fresh, exciting and reverberates the company’s vision

●   Refine and revisit core messaging & branding to ensure alignment with the company’s target markets

●   Support Sales with enablement tools and lead generation programs 

●   Develop Thought Leadership position by ongoing creation of industry focused content

●   Build relationships with media and stakeholders through management of designated PR firm (global / domestic) and creative initiatives

●   Own company’s Social Media Channels, including paid campaigns

●   Target relevant industry events and maximize physical and online presence 

●   Collaborate with HR to orchestrate Employer Branding activities

●   Plan, execute and monitor a global budget

● Set the right tracking, measurement tools and KPI monitoring to support the company’s growth plan


●   Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing/Senior Director in tech companies over 50 employees)

●   Over 8 years experience in marketing roles and 4 years as marketing leader managing a team

●   Must-have passion for creating exciting brands that lead to market disruption and new product lines

●   Expertise in managing branding, lead generation, sales support, content, PR, digital/social media and real world events

●   Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful growth marketing campaigns

●   Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics to drive business performance

●   Excellent communications skills, and fluent in English

●   Track record of working with Executive Management

●   Experience with CRM software

●   Defense market knowledge - a plus
