Customer Success Expert


About The Position

We are looking for a Customer Success Expert, specializing in the defense industry arena. 

As a Customer Success Expert, you will play a crucial role in advocating for customer’s needs, while promoting the company’s agenda: 

  • Understand the customer’s needs, develop partnerships, align expectations, and ensure a high customer satisfaction level. 
  • Lead and perform the implementation plans for our end users. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments: Programs, Engineering, QA, and Operations to provide a coherent and great customer experience (HW and SW). 
  • Collaborate with the account manager– daily/ weekly briefs to accommodate the customer’s needs while strategically promoting the company’s goals. 


  • At least 3-5 years of experience with customer-facing roles 
  • Ability to travel up to 30% 
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English 
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-company processes 
  • Technical orientation 
  • Proactive, achievement-oriented, and dynamic 
  • Ability to work independently/with minimum supervision. 
  • Innovative and outside-the-box thinking 
  • Multi-tasking abilities 
  •  Problem-solving skills 
  •  Hard-working, passionate, and fast learner 
  •  Defense industry background- an advantage 
  •  Experience with drone/UAS program support- an advantage 
  • Drone License - an advantage 
  •  Experience with CRM programs: Jira, Microsoft office, Microsoft Forms, Confluence - an advantage
