We are looking for a Customer Success Expert, specializing in the defense industry arena.
As a Customer Success Expert, you will play a crucial role in advocating the customer needs while promoting the company agenda:
- Understand the customer needs, develop partnerships, align on expectations, and ensure a high customer satisfaction level.
- Lead and perform the implementation plans for our end users.
- Collaborate with internal departments: Programs, Engineering, QA, and Operations to provide a coherent and great customer experience (HW and SW).
- Collaborate with the account manager– daily/ weekly briefs to accommodate the customer needs while strategically promoting the company goals.
