About The Position
We are a spinoff startup from a leading robotics company, focused on developing cutting-edge robotics technology.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP technologies to lead the technological development of our company. The position will be responsible for designing and building the entire technological infrastructure, encompassing both hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team and solution building, from the ground up, and will work closely with leading global partners to bring our innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy - Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Solution Architecture - Design and build the entire hardware and software solution.
- Hands on approach – lead the technological development from the ground up
- Project Management - Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Team Building - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
- Collaboration - Work with leading global partners to integrate and enhance our technology. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a tech company.
- Extensive experience in designing and building hardware and software solutions.
- Extensive experience in software development full stack/frontend/backend and embedded
Technical Skills
- Strong background in robotics, IoT, and communications technologies.
- Proficient in software development, systems architecture, and hardware integration.
- Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
Project Management
- Experience in managing complex technology projects.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Collaboration
- Experience working with global partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
