What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all customer and debtor accounts are up to date.
  • Take ownership, Compile and submit key monthly reports—VAT, tax filings, and 102 submissions—keeping us in top financial shape.
  • Run payroll for our growing team of 80 employees with precision and care.
  • Assist with budget planning, financial forecasts, and deliver insights that help drive business decisions.
  • Reconcile our bank accounts and credit card activities, making sure every transaction is accounted for.
  • Collaborate across departments to provide crucial financial support and insights.
Requirements
  • Proficient in maintaining precise financial records, tracking invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payroll.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper (mandatory).
  • Certified Payroll Accountant.
  • Certified Bookkeeper (minimum Level 3) (mandatory).
  • Experience with Priority and Shiklulit.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities and teamwork.
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Service-oriented, efficient, self-driven, and a strong team player.
