About The Position
XTEND is seeking a dynamic COO to lead our Europe-based operations, specializing in advanced drone solutions for defense, law enforcement, and homeland security (HLS). This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and growth across our supply chain and back-office functions.
Your Mission:
- Oversee and optimize all operational aspects in Europe, including supply chain (purchasing, logistics, quality, production), and company programs.
- Serve as the key liaison between the European team and XTEND's global functions in Israel (Finance, IT, HR, etc.).
- Drive operational strategies that support growth, efficiency, and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Provide strong operational leadership, ensuring seamless coordination between local and global teams.
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements to maximize production output.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure cost-effective logistics.
- Represent global finance, HR, and IT locally, ensuring alignment with Xtend’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations and supply chain, including production.
- Proven ability to lead and optimize manufacturing and logistics.
- Excellent problem-solver and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Willing to relocate to Europe.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or hardware manufacturing.
- Knowledge of EU business regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain tools.
- Relocation experience.
